Occasional server crash with Create and Tom's Storage

I have a create Logistics setup that uses the Inventory Connector from Tom's storage to provide my entire storage system to specific parts of the create logistic network. Specifically I have some Packagers with stock links and some Threshold switches connected to inventory connectors. Sometimes the network bugs out and breaking seemingly anything attached to an inventory connecter crashes the server. Attached are two crashlogs from when it has happened. I'm not sure which mod is the culprit so I am reporting it in both mod's bugs.
