Could you prioritize the Wireless terminal right-click function?

When I try to use the wireless terminal item while having an item on my offhand, I both activate the terminal and place the item on my offhand.

Basically, if I am holding a torch on my offhand and use the wireless terminal, I both place the torch and activate the terminal.

That gets annoying and once I accidentally placed lava in front of me due to this behavior.

so could you make it so that when I am holding the wireless terminal, I do not activate my offhand item?
