The latest neoforge version file of this mod doesn't contain zh_cn lang file. I'd like to request that a zh_cn lang file be included.

My friends and I encountered untranslated text when we were playing the game. We then decided that we should help do some localisation, yet when I got here I found that a zh_cn lang file already exists.

However, I do realise that the zh_cn file is outdated, compared to the en_us lang file. We'd like to help update the zh_cn file, and create a pull request to upload it here. But before that, I think it's necessary to ask you about the missing zh_cn file, and whether you would add our updated lang file or not.
