Im sorry to bother again, but i play 1.18.1 due to some mod limitations, and cant seem to craft the upgraded toolbelt, nor the wool armor #

If you have Sewing Kit, the upgrade recipe should be

each upgrade tier requires a higher tier needle.

What version of toolbelt and sewing kit are you using?
