toolbelt Radial menu stops working with certain mods installed

The toolbelt radial menu is no longer accessible upon installation of any of these mods:

  1. Valkyrienskies-1201-2.3.0-beta.4.jar (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/valkyrien-skies/files/4654328) & eureka-1201-1.3.0-beta.2.jar (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/eureka-ships/files/4654299)

  2. merenc-forge-1.20.x-v3.1.jar (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/merge-enchantments/files/4650848)

3.player_companions_1.20.1-6.0.0.jar (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/player-companions/files/4645871)

Any of these mods break the radial menu upon installation

Is it possible that one of those mods has assigned a keybind to the same key?

I've tried reassigning the keybinds with no success. I'll do some more thorough testing and see if I can get it to work one mod at a time.
