[Bug] [1.16.1] Tool belt inventory menu doesn't seem to be working

The nice minecraft-style inventory menu shown off in the video on the Curseforge page doesn't open when the "Open Belt Slot Inventory" hotkey is pressed. It just opens the regular inventory, with the belt slot above the shield slot.

Okay, I saw the other issue that mentions this.

Is that other inventory menu still in the mod? If so, how do you access it?
