Crash on Startup - java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: tyra314.toolprogression.item.BaseItem.setTranslationKey

I'm seeing the following crash using the default configs, Forge 2847 and Tool Progression 1.6.9. This in a modpack with about 150 other mods.

I thought I'd do some testing by using only Forge 2847 and Tool Progression 1.6.9. Unfortunately, I get the following crash.
