I would absolutely love seeing support for Mekanism Tools added to Tool Utilities. Right now only the "Place a Block" upgrade can be placed on them, and nothing else. I would be excellent if you could extend the Area Mining and Area of Effect upgrades to the Mekanism Tools an Swords.

I will definitely understand it if you do not want to extend this functionality to the Mekanism Paxels, however it could be nice to have this option but make it configurable (defaulting to OFF).
