The dependency entry in your mcmod.info has to be a String Array.
yours: "dependencies": [theoneprobe]
correct: "dependencies": ["theoneprobe"]

I found it while my mod reader crashs, cause this error.

Oh, the IDE even says I need to put the quotation marks there, oops. Fixing right away!
