[1.12.2] After Update from 1.5.3 to 1.6.0 not working

I updated my 1.12.2 server from version 1.5.2 to 1.6.0. As it seems, the MegaTorch is not working any more. Mobs spawn within direct range of the MegaTorch.

I tried breaking it, crafting and placing a new one but this doesn't help the mobs from spawning. (Standard minecraft mobs like skeletons, creepers)

Reverting to 1.5.2 and everything works again.

oops. accidentally removed something while refactoring the config code. fix is coming.
