Add configuration options for Health Bar X and Health Bar Y that are only used if Health Bar Position is set to CUSTOM.

Please add option to allow x and y offset for the mod? I run other HUD mods and this has the annoying habit of overlapping the other mod and I cannot adjust the x/y coords of this mod on the screen... Thanks!
