Mod not loading

I'm using Forge 41.1.0 and Minecraft 1.19. Originally I was trying this mod out in my regular mods folder with like 40 other things. But after trying it with nothing else i'm still pulling the same error:
java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: null
I have the log and crash report if that's helpful
