Would be nice to have a config option to disable the automatic health regeneration effect of bandits and orcs.
Also to limit / disable their usage of potions and splash potions to slow you down.

I would like to populate the wilderness with bandits that get better gear the more you progress,
which I manage with the InControl-Mod.
But the constant healing and the splash potions just don't fit with this theme.
