Village Reputation tweaks

Ideas for tweaks to village reputation:
- decrease the range from the village where actions affect rep
breeding animals raises village reputation, so that a sustainable animal farm does not impact reputation- removing doors or lighting decreases rep, adding lighting would increase rep (I don't think we can allow adding doors to increase rep without making it too easy to exploit)
planting and harvesting food will affect reputation, so stealing all the food from a village will make it mad at you, but if you replant, it will balance out (could also lead to exploitation, if you just till all grass and plant seeds; ideally only raised garden beds would affect rep, but that is hard to calculate)- maybe to counter exploitation, there would be a max rep gained per villager in the village; a villager can only eat a max of 6 potatoes or 15 wheat and a minimum of 2 potatoes or 6 wheat, so once you reach the threshold of 6 potatoes per villager, no further rep is gained, but if you take more food than the minimum the village needs, rep will drop dramatically
- decrease the range from the village where actions affect rep
Instead of reducing the size of the civilization, I vote we make the rep drop inversely proportional to the distance from the center, maybe a simple linear relation such as 1 - distance/civ_size
I like both of those ideas.
Some other ideas that I'm pretty sure would be extremely hard to implement would be basic reinforcing of villages:
- replacing wooden doors with iron doors
- Trumping (aka building a wall around it; optionally, kicking out any illegally-migrated villagers)
- adding traps like arrow shooters
Placing valuable blocks will gain rep, breaking them will remove it. Rep amount based of block value.
Finish building village trophy. Taking a trophy will greatly hurt rep. Returning it will give it back. Placing a trophy from another civ will also give rep.
Add a banker that will allow you to carry a balance with that civ. You can deposit or withdraw from any village of that civ. The higher the balance the more rep you get. The banker can also convert currencies.
I think instead of a village trophy, the Village Lord will drop a trophy when you kill him, and that can be given to other village lords. Thoughts?
