Well, that is not great news. This can be a bit of an impossible task, but if you can figure out which mod is causing the problem, I will take a look at it (if it is opensource) and see if there is something I can change to make TQ more compatible.

has anyone found a fix for this, im having the same problem

Please try it without any other mods and see if you have the same issue, it might be a mod compatibility issue.

That is interesting, can you try it on a server with no other mods? If it doesn't work on it's own it should be pretty easy for me to reproduce and hopefully fix, however if it does, we should try to figure out which mod it is not playing nice with, which might would give me some clues on how to fix it.

Okay, I have the same issue, not even one village spawns after installing. Works on flat so my guess it is biome related (I use biomes of plenty). Will make a few tests to figure it out and will report back once I got it.

UPDATE:
After testing it for 4-5 hours in my huge modpack (~150 mod), all I found out is that it looks like wherever I go it sees a province. My bet is that it recognises some other mod and thinks there is already a village.
I keep testing until I figure it out. Might take a few days.

Okay, so one of the conflicts was Geolosys. It made it so each ore cluster showed up as a village, which made it impossible for them to spawn.
I keep looking because some villages spawn without a keep, which might still be a conflict issue.

Thanks for the update @Inf0214

Poking in to follow up on this issue - I don't do anything with villages, I only generate ores in a relatively Vanilla way. I'm not really sure how this is happening because I can't imagine a single point in my code that might affect this. If you wanna take a look, feel free to: https://github.com/oitsjustjose/Geolosys
