When turning in trophies from certain mob bosses, the civilization will give double rep if the dungeon is opposed to the civ, or negative rep if the dungeon is related to the civ.

Sun - double rep for vampires, negative rep for cult of sun worshippers
Moon - negative rep for vampires and werewolves
Fire - double rep for ice monsters
Water - negative rep for water monsters
etc.
