[1.12.2] The config "B:enableVillageTipi=false" doesn't actually disable Tipis in Villages.

Currently playing Minecraft 1.12.2 Totemic version 1.12.2-0.11.6.
In Line 21 of the totemic.cfg
config file I set:
B:enableVillageTipi=false
Then went into both an existing world and generated new chunks, and a new world as well. Found a Village in both that still contained a Tipi. It seems that the above setting has no effect on the Tipi generation in Villages.
(Obviously I closed the game before applying the config. In fact I restarted the game multiple times since then, and Tipis still generate.)
Edit: Accidentally copied the wrong line from config to the title of this bug report, but I fixed it now.
