While it seems odd to mix Creative Mode with "Tough as Nails" gameplay, I think it's important not to accrue freezing/overheating during your time spent in creative mode.

Steps to Reproduce / Bug Description:

• Achieve neutral body temperature.
• Turn on Creative Mode. Body temperature indicator disappears.
• Spend time around lava or winter.
• Turn on Survival Mode. Body temperature indicator is dancing fire or dancing snowflake immediately.
• Die.
