FTB Utilities has a permissions system that lets different commands and subcommands be accessible to different users/ranks. However, it currently treats /tan as one command, rather than a command with 3 subcommands.

We'd like to be able to use the FTB Utilities permission system to let normal users access "/tan tempinfo" without being able to use "/tan setseason" or "/tan settemp".
