Davinci's Vessels appears to have lots of issues with other mods that the author says is out of their control. Cooking For Blockheads is another example of such mod. TAN seems to cause issues with it too, even though the ship was working perfectly fine for ages with a heating coil and campfire onboard, campfire lit, heating coil turned off. All of a sudden the game crashes with this log.

I then restarted the game, destroyed both the campfire and the heating coil, replaced the heating coil in the same location on the ship and tried to mount the ship again, instant crash.

Not sure if there's a difference here, probably not, but I thought I'd provide both logs just in case.

The last time I had this issue was with the oven from Cooking For Blockheads, the author of Davinci's Vessels pointed me to report it to the author of CFB presumably because it's out of Davinci's Vessels' control. I think it's an issue with Davinci's Vessels, considering that now two entirely different mods have had this issue with it. Any insight?
