I wanted to make the Nether extra hot, so I figured I'd increase the Max Biome Temperature Modifier to 15 and increase the Hell Biome temperature to 4. (Twice as hot as vanilla deserts)

As it turns out, this doesn't do anything at all because it appearantly TAN caps all biome temperatures at 1.35?
So I would like to request a config option to increase this cap, so we can configure greater variations in biome temperatures.
