I'm using Underground Biomes in my 1.12.2 modpack, and when trying to make a campfire I noticed that the recipe only accepts minecraft:cobblestone, not ore:cobblestone like pretty much everything else. Since UB removes the generation of Vanilla stone, I can't make the campfire.
