It makes sense realistically, right?

In addition to dealing damage, water could be lost to Hyperthermia through sweating. It's not necessary to have players actually sweat, but it'd be a nice touch.
Hypothermia could be the same, but with hunger. Your body stays warm by using energy, and where does that energy come from? Food.
