different biome will change player's humidity or raining and jumping in the water also can change it

Lower humidity will makes players more thirsty.but for balance , lower humidity will slow down the speed of temperature rise，it useful when reach hot biome .
High humidity is contrary to the above. and will randomly to give player Haste I and Slowness I
