Jelled Slime armour not cooling

It seems that in the last versions of TAN jelled slime armour is no longer cooling
ToughAsNails-1.12.2-3.1.0.115-universal cooling
ToughAsNails-1.12.2-3.1.0.139-universal not cooling
Do you need any more info?
