When using [right clicking] a Thirst Quencher (charged or uncharged) that has at least 2000 mb of water inside, onto a empty (charged or uncharged) Fluid Transposer from Thermal Expansion, weird stuff will happen.
Examples are:

• filling the transposer with the amount of water inside the quencher.
• if quencher is near full, using it on transposer will cause it to fill itself, effectively creating water out of thin air, while also filling the quencher.
