It would be an interesting feature if a Player will get bad omen from a Maid killing a Raid captain. just like how a Player gets a bad omen effect from a wolf killing a Raid captain.

and another feature is a player gets a Hero of the Village effect from the Maid killing the remaining raiding Illagers.
