Not Cycling on Server 1.20.1

Bug description
I attempt to cycle trades on a fresh villager, sound goes off as if it is cycling and button effect goes off however no trades cycle. I tried as well with the keybind shortcut and same sound goes off but the trade does not change. I previously thought the issue was a compatibility issue with named villagers mod so I removed that, however even removing the other mod did not fix the issue.

Mod loader and version
Forge 47.3.22
Steps to reproduce
Go to a villager
Give them a profession with respective items
Go into the trade menu
Either press the trade button on UI or keybind
Listen and hear the click response and watch no trades change
Expected behavior
As you click the trade cycle it should swap to new trades until you've traded once.
