Not working on a fabric 1.21.4 server

Bug description
Trades not cycling, button and hotkey both don't work, tried to delete every other mod in the server and it still does not work, the button shows up but the trades stay the same.
Minecraft version
1.21.4
Mod version
1.21.4-1.0.17
Mod loader and version
fabric loader
Steps to reproduce
- go to villager
- try to cycle
- doesn't cycle
Expected behavior
- go to villager
- try to cycle
- cycles

Please try if this happens with a fresh spawned villager. Villagers that are spawned with a command with fixed trades or without a workstation won't be able to cycle trades.
If it still happens, please send me a video of you spawning a villager and trying to trade.
Used a egg to spawn a villager and tried to cycle the trade, it did not work again (i reinstalled some mods: lithium, modernfix, clumps)
Did you test without any other mods present?
Can you send me your client and server logs and the video I asked for in the last message?
Also are you using the same version of the mod on the server and the client?

You are running a vanilla server. Just having the mod in a mods folder doesnt magically make it load. You need to install the fabric loader.
