disappears on 1.21.8

Bug description
it appears for half a second then disappears on 1.28.8 (forge) so you cant even click it (only for villagers that job blocks i placed
as the ones that spawned in with jobs dont have it disappear)

Steps to reproduce
1 go to a villager
2 left click to open trade menu
3 see the cycle button appear for half a second

Does this happen with a fresh villager that has a workstation and no level? Best would be if you can show me a screenshot or a video of you spawning a fresh villager with a workstation and showing the GUI.
