[feature request] add 'appropriate tool' to trading post, to make it easier to collect

right now the trading post doesn't appear to have an appropriate tool, so pickaxe, axe, whatever, all take the same amount of time to break it as by hand. it'd be nice if there was a faster way to pick one up.
