Currently, unless I'm missing something the Trading Post's GUI is much like the normal trading GUI other than it combines all local villager trades into one place, which is great. But, to trade otherwise its just like the normal GUI i click on the trade i want (or shift click to max) then then goto the results window and pull out the item I'm trading for.

My suggestion would be to add some sort of "instant trade" method directly from the trade list, so all a player has do due is click the trade and assuming you have the items needed for the trade it instantly does the trade. Not sure if it could be a button added to the list, or maybe a multi-key combo "alt-shift" click or a toggle on the GUI that always default to off when you open the Trading Post GUI.
