I've Gone 100 Blocks Away From Your Modded Rails And They Just Became Invisible And Some Were Missing! Please Fix This Problem.

This is an issue with the displaylist caching in 021, and in 020 it's interference from other mods improperly using GL calls.
This will be fixed in the next release.
