Modpack Version: StoneBlock 2 - 1.9.0

Issue:
When placing a item translocator onto one of the pam's kitchen blocks and setting the input TLC with a diamond nugget it should only keep 1 stack of the item in its filter inside the block, but it will just fill the block with as many items as it can hold. this is not the case witha normal or modded chest item.
I have tested it with several inventory blocks all with a normal result and it seems it is only the pam's kitchen blocks that will not let the TLC use its filter/stack limits.

happens on my SP and MP worlds, even in creative.
