Cannot place Item Translocators on Item Interfaces

The Interfaces from Refined Storage aren't allowing me to place translocators on them. I'm not sure if this is a Translocators issue or a Refined Storage issue, if it doesn't belong here I'll report it to the other author!
1.11, refined storage only supports the new capability system, translocators is unable to support it at thus time as things are missing that were added in 1.11.
Is there any update on this? FTB Beyond in 1.10.2 has both Translocators and Refined Storage, and it's a shame they don't work well together. :(
