What config options are even available? What could be renderOption and tooltipDetailLevel? What do they stand for?

The config is currently just a JSON dump of the configured options 😅
You can see the actual options in game by going into the mod config page. If you're playing on Fabric/Quilt and don't have Mod Menu installed, you can see the strings that would be displayed on that page here, though I would highly recommend using the in game configuration option for now
