Description of the Bug
Trash cans cant comprehead spent nuclear waste from mekasim, while other liquids/gasses can.

Nuclear waste is specifically not voided as that is a design decision by Mekanism. If you do want to void nuclear waste with the trash can, you enable it in the config file for Trash Cans.
