Text from items in trash appearing under JEI window

Describe the Issue
The issue presents as the text from items that are currently placed in the trash bin appearing under the crafting window that JEI provides:
As seen in the image above when an item is in the trash slot and the player hovers over the item the text appears below JEI
Whereas in the image above when the item is in my inventory the text appears above the window.
I can't say for sure if this mod in particular is responsible or if it is JEI, or whatever mod gives the mod names and more detailed item descriptions.
I can confirm that any item does this same thing and not just the one in the screenshot
