Describe the Issue

The server-side functionality isn't given anymore.

Example:
I install Balm, GravelMiner and TrashSlot on server-side.
Client can connect without problems.

Now I install Balm and GravelMiner on client-side.
(Since the config option for GravelMiner to work without client installation doesn't work. Another bug you should look into.)

Server gives me now this error:
You do not have trashslot installed. Please install trashslot version 21.4.3 to play on this server.

I think this problem goes visa verce between all of your mods.
