The slot index for the trash slot seems to be throwing things off some for InventoryTweaks' auto hand refilling feature.

Reproduce:

• Put one item in your hand and the rest of the items in your main inventory. In this case gravel. http://zeekdageek.tv/ss/jr0nN.png
• Place the gravel and InventoryTweaks will place the item that should go into your hand into the next slot. http://zeekdageek.tv/ss/cbFki.png
