If the block space directly above the travel anchor is not empty, it should attempt to find an empty space up to 5 blocks above it.

Use cases:

• Putting anchors beneath a floor (they don't mesh with all color pallets)
• Would allow slabs and carpets to be placed on top of them
• Could place the player directly into a bubble column or ice and water stream for a fun ride

1. You can use the mimic feature to make the anchor part of your floor
2. Again: Use the mimic feature to make the anchor be the slab
3. Ok, that is not possible.
