Squid backpack nerfed?

Using version 10.1.13 of the mod with MC 1.21.1 on Fabric.
- Describe the bug
I note that the dragon backpack had a lot of abilities removed, but there's no mention of the squid backpack also being nerfed, When going into water, night vision is not applied. Water breathing is always enabled.
- Write steps to reproduce the bug
Go into the water. Leave the water and wait.
- What is expected behaviour
Night vision and water breathing used to be applied only when entering the water. Night vision is no longer applied at all, and water breathing is permanently applied regardless of whether you are in the water or not.
Squid backpack has been slightly nerfed by removing night vision effect. At first the whole infinity effect of water breathing was supposed to be changed to 3-4 minutes and cooldown, but I decided to keep it. I think that water breathing alone is really strong effect for such backpack, that's why recipe includes glowing squids ink sacs to make it harder to obtain. The effect is being applied without going to water because it doesn't really change anything and it's more convinient to include in config (the effect alone from squid backpack can be disabled in config)
In fact I forgot to put a note in changelog about it, because at the last moment I decided to keep it as infinite effect. I will add a proper note to changelog
Ok, no worries. I have also noticed that the tool tips various backpacks could do with updating as they still show their old effects (eg. the squid and dragon backpacks). Cheers.
Isn't the squid and dragon backpack only showing the "Current" effects? I think I made it so Squid only shows only Water Breathing and Dragon only Strenght & Regeneration?
