1. Describe the bug
   Drinking water doesn't extinguish fire, can't seem to put milk in the tank

2. Write steps to reproduce the bug
   Be put on fire by another player (flint & steel on the ground)
   Drink water in the tank with hose

3. What is expected behaviour
   I'm not burning anymore

Milk has been removed from the mod
Water at the moment extinguish fire only in warm biomes, I will make a change and it will extuingish water in all biomes
