1. Describe the bug
   The recipe for the Netherite Tier Upgrade is set to require another Netherite Tier Upgrade rather than a Diamond Tier Upgrade, and as a result, the Netherite Tier Upgrade cannot be crafted.

2. Write steps to reproduce the bug
   a) Craft a backpack, any backpack
   b) Smith up to the Diamond tier upgrade
   c) Attempt to smith a Netherite Tier Upgrade, only to find that the Diamond Tier Upgrade will not fit into the Smithing Table alongside the other ingredients.

3. What is expected behaviour
   Expected behavior: The Diamond Tier Upgrade slots right in and viola.
