   Backpack disappears with all stuff inside.

2. Write steps to reproduce the bug
   Usually happens when logging back into a server.

3. What is expected behaviour
   Lose all items inside backpack.

if you died with backpack equipped, it can be restored (backup is created everytime player dies with backpack equipped)

It cant be restored any other way

Do you use accessories?

1.21.1 , I used the slot next to the chest piece , was able to use the backpack after I died but after I logged back in it was gone.

Check your mods and see if accessories is installed

I do have accessories installed.

Make sure you use latest version of accessories possible, also if you use aether mod, make sure to update it to latest possible to
