Backpack consuming GPU

Fabric - 0.16.10 | Traveler's Backpack - 1.20.1-9.1.36
I have a backpack on my back and a second one in my hotbar. Whenever I open a backpack in my hand and move anything within it the backpack starts moving like it's being right-clicked a thousand times a second and my GPU starts being consumed until it hits 100% and the game crashes. I discovered a way to make it stop. I have to take off my current backpack and equip the one in my hand and then swap them back and it stops and my GPU normalizes. But every time I use the backpack it does this again.
Issue has been found, but unfortunately it's caused by another mod - MineCellsDimension, it'll be reported to their dev
I'm not sure how to retrieve an item's data. Should I send you my playerdata folder or is there a way to get the data of only one item in my inventory? There is an item in the modpack named "Ender Lead" from the Zenith mod that is capable of storing some mobs. That does seem to be the issue. I have 4 ender leads with mobs in them and putting one in the backpack is what starts the animation looping on the backpack and the more I interact with it in my backpack the worse it seems to get. When I take them out of the backpack my GPU steadily normalizes and putting them back in causes the issue to begin again and steadily get worse. However, this doesn't seem to be an issue with a worn backpack, only ones in my inventory.
I do play on a server. Here is my playerdata.
Did you took the ender lead from the backpack? the playerdata contains almost empty backpack
I'm playing in the Prominence II RPG Hasturian Era modpack v3.1.20hf. It has roughly 460 mods. I went to the modpack's official discord server and asked around and this doesn't seem to be an issue anyone else is having. All my PC's drivers are up to date (I checked yesterday) and I reinstalled them just to be sure. I've also learned that I can place the backpack down and pick it up again and that seems to fix the issue until the backpack's inventory changes as well.
Check if you have Lead item in backpack, I've found it caused lagging for some user on Discord
But before you get rid of it, I'd be glad if you could somehow export the item data and send it over to me so I can investigate

Here are a few screenshots of it getting progressively worse as the leads sit in my bag. I even tried a completely different bag just to be sure it wasn't the previous one in specific. If you look at the bottom right of the screen you can see the bag is constantly bouncing up and down like it is in use even though I am not doing anything.
Edit: Looks like they didn't post in order.
The backpack I have equipped in that file should be almost empty but I have another in my hotbar that has several things in it including the ender leads. If it is empty I'm not sure what happened. I can try sending it again?
I am also having this issue with 100% GPU usage. My server is crashing and friends have lost backpacks over it twice now. I cannot seem to make the GPU usage for me go away and i emptied the backpacks entirely to see if it would resolve. I'm running AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT with 100% utilization. So I dont think its Viralus's GPU that it is partial to.

Do you also use shaders?
Noticing the same (kinda) here is the info:
Pc:
9950x 16 core, 96gb ram, 5090 32gb
With shaders, resource texture pack & backpack on GPU usage is 90-100%
Turning off shaders dropped GPU usage to 85-93%
turning off texture pack with shaders off GPU Dropped to 75-85%
Everything off and removing backpack GPU dropped to 25-35%
Also running 3 monitors, discord on left, MC on main, Twitch (collecting drops) on right screen.
EDIT: while typing this when MC was minimized GPU usage was 10-15%, tab'd back into MC no shaders, no resource pack, nothing but the backpack on my back, and GPU instantly went to 90%
I do have shaders however I turned mine off and I'm seeing it spike quite often if Im wearing a backpack or holding one.

What modpack do you use, can I see your backpack contents?

@Viralus would you be able to provide options.txt file from your modpack installation folder? Maybe there's some specific option that has to be set for bug to occur
