server config doesn't work neoforge 1.21.1

  1. ALWAYS PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT MODLOADER (Fabric / Forge) AND MOD VERSION (For Example 1.19.2-8.2.10)

  2. I tried to change backpacks size and backpacks effects nothing changed, but when i tried to change tank capacity it worked

  3. I was playing in singleplayer neoforge 1.21.1. tried to chage config but nothing happened

Changed config will not work for already created backpacks, all newly crafted backpacks (after the setting was changed) will have modified slot count. Additionally you can take your current backpack and reset it by clicking shift + right click while holding blank upgrade in hand. It will drop all items and upgrades from backpack, then you can apply them once again and it will contain updated count of storage slots
