Tanks HUD not showing fill level

Mod version 1.21.1-10.1.5 on Fabric.

Me again 😬 Both my tanks are full of water (as shown in the bag view), however the HUD shows both tanks as empty.

It looks like this also affects the 3D model of the backpack as I'm not seeing any water etc in the tanks when I view other players on my server despite their tanks also being full.

getting same thing on 1.21.1 fabric, interestingly they appear filled with the correct liquid when crouch placed on the ground, but on back and overlay appear empty
