Tanks dont work with buckets

  1. ALWAYS PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT MODLOADER (Fabric / Forge) AND MOD VERSION (For Example 1.19.2-8.2.10)
    Forge 52.0.37, travelersbackpack-forge-1.21.1-10.1.3

  2. Describe the bug
    Buckets can not be used to fill or withdraw from tanks.

  3. Write steps to reproduce the bug
    Equip Backpack with tanks and tank upgrade, use water or lava bucket to fill either tank.
    bucket is not accepted in the appropriate slot.
    Fill tank using hose, use empty bucket to withdraw fluid.

  4. What is expected behaviour
    fluid is moved from bucket to tank
