The Crafting Upgrade not working: Void Upgrade, Jukebox Upgrade, Pickup Upgrade and Feeding Upgrade.

I tried the latest bug fix and it doesnt work 1.20.1 9.1.27
When trying to put Void Upgrade, Jukebox Upgrade, Pickup Upgrade, and Feeding Upgrade to the backpack in the smithing template it doesn't work even with leather in it.
Putting Void Upgrade, Jukebox Upgrade, Pickup Upgrade, and Feeding Upgrade to the smithing template with leather.
Its not putting the upgrades to the smithing template.
In latest updates only tier upgrades are still applied through smithing.
Upgrades - simply drag & drop them to any empty slot here:
